With multiple locations already operating and aggressive growth targets ahead, the business is building senior leadership for its next phase of scale and hiring a Sales Director to build a repeatable, scalable revenue engine. The Sales Director will lead and formalize a multi-location, in-home sales organization. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strong field presence and strategic oversight to drive consistency, performance, and sustained revenue growth.
Job Responsibility:
Lead, coach, and develop a large in-home sales team across multiple markets
Enforce a standardized, value-based sales process and drive creative sales strategies
Spend significant time in the field riding leads, modeling selling behaviors, and coaching reps
Reduce performance gaps through training, accountability, and performance management
Build and manage sales reporting, forecasting, and revenue projections
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations and Marketing to align growth, capacity, and customer experience
Travel regularly across locations, including occasional extended onsite stays
Requirements:
Proven leadership experience in in-home sales
Experience managing sales teams in high-growth environments
Proven strength as a hands-on mentor and coach for early-career sales talent
Highly adaptable, data-driven, and hands-on leadership style
Must be technically self-sufficient, owning all sales operations reporting, data management, and process documentation directly
