Job Description:

The Director of Sales at Nekajui, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, will lead and manage the sales function, focusing on customer relationships, revenue generation, and long-term strategies. Responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, maximizing revenue, managing sales activities, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role requires building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and exemplifying the Gold Standards of Ritz-Carlton.

Job Responsibility:

Leads and manages all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships
achieves personal booking goals
works with sales leader to ensure understanding of sales strategy and effective implementation of this strategy
creates and implements a sales plan addressing revenue, customers and the market
assists with the development and implementation of promotions
monitors all day to day activities of direct reports
participates in sales calls to acquire new business or close on business
analyzes market information and implements strategy to achieve financial room and catering goals
ensures maximum revenue potential
provides leadership to sales team
develops relationships with key stakeholders
maintains compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Requirements:

2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
3 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area
4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
1 year experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area
