We are looking for an experienced sales leader to oversee wholesale account performance and strengthen long-term customer partnerships in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, improving account satisfaction, and aligning sales activity with operational planning. The ideal candidate brings strong business-to-business sales expertise, sound forecasting ability, and a strategic approach to pricing and channel support.
Job Responsibility
Oversee a portfolio of wholesale customers, ensuring strong relationships, consistent service, and fulfillment of agreed commercial terms
Partner closely with customer support teams to streamline order management, resolve account issues quickly, and maintain day-to-day client satisfaction
Work with internal marketing and channel stakeholders to help execute promotional plans that support customer growth and market visibility
Develop forward-looking sales projections to support inventory decisions, supply planning, and broader business forecasting
Track account performance indicators, identify warning signs early, and take action to reduce churn risk and protect revenue
Evaluate account workflows and communication practices to uncover opportunities for better efficiency, stronger engagement, and improved customer experience
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or wholesale distribution
Demonstrated success growing revenue within customer accounts and identifying expansion opportunities
Strong understanding of pricing strategy, budgeting, and sales forecasting principles
Experience supporting inventory planning through accurate demand or revenue projections
Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, customer service, marketing, and operations teams
Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism
