Job Responsibility:
Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales organization that consistently exceeds revenue goals
Recruit, coach, and retain top-tier sales talent while building a strong bench for the future
Create and execute a clear, measurable sales strategy aligned with market opportunities and client needs
Drive accountability through goal-setting, regular team meetings, and weekly one-on-one coaching
Champion CRM adoption and data-driven selling to improve pipeline health and forecasting accuracy
Oversee key sales processes including account management, pricing, and order approval
Build and expand senior-level client relationships
participate in high-profile presentations and negotiations
Identify and create innovative, integrated marketing opportunities that generate new and incremental revenue
Own forecasting and planning on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Serve as a thought partner to leadership by contributing ideas that strengthen revenue, culture, and client success
Requirements:
Be a high-achieving sales leader with a track record of growing revenue and developing successful teams
