Job Description

Supervise assigned staff to include: Interview, Recruiting, hire, train, coach, counsel, transfer, promote and when necessary discipline and terminate. Drive regional talent development and succession planning through strategic coaching and performance reviews. Handle customer complaints in a timely and courteous manner. Communicate all company and department-related issues as required. Champion cultural and operational change across the sales organization, positioning the company for future growth and innovation. Lead sales strategy meetings and monthly business performance reviews to drive accountability and progress on objectives. Other projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree with 10 plus years of related experience and 6 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 13 plus years of specific experience and 7 plus years of management experience
