Job Description

We are currently looking for a Commercial Sales Director who will manage a team of 5-10 sales representatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Executing the sales process and go-to-market campaigns by leading, developing, training, and managing the sales individuals assigned to them
  • Managing a team of sales executives for a diverse customer group
  • Actively getting involved in key strategic opportunities to ensure success
  • Developing key strategic customer and manufacturer relationships to drive more business forward
  • Strong ability to coordinate multiple internal parties to ensure a smooth flow of the sales process
  • Manage both complex strategic sales as well as day-to-day run rate transactional business
  • Identifying and removing roadblocks that impede the team from selling
  • Accurately forecasting team sales by month and quarter
  • Setting sales goals and quotas
  • Building and managing a sales pipeline on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Building sales strategies, plans, analyzing sales data, and providing training on an individual basis
  • Identifying and managing key metrics that ensure your sales team is focusing on the best activities to ensure success

Requirements

  • 5 plus years of B2B sales and sales management experience required in Wireless Infrastructure & Connectivity
  • Ability to drive and manage a high-performance sales team
  • Ability to coach and mentor junior sales representatives
  • Ability to lead, inspire and motivate sales professionals
  • Able to work with multiple operational departments to ensure execution all while being remote
  • Ability to communicate a value proposition to both customers and vendors
  • Experience in business-to-business, relationship-solution sales, with a complete understanding of supply chain principles
  • Must be able to analyze a diverse business and identify challenges and develop solutions and strategies to overcome
  • A bachelor's degree in math, science, business, and/or engineering, or relevant experience is highly desired
  • Sales experience solution selling preferred
  • Understanding of wireless technology preferred
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using Salesforce or equivalent CRM
