Reporting directly to the Regional Senior Vice President of Sales and company officers, you will oversee the development, execution, and compliance of all sales strategies. Job Responsibility
Provide strategic direction and dynamic leadership for sales associates and managers, ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds performance goals
Work closely with the Compliance Department to resolve client concerns, ensuring ethical sales practices are maintained at all times
Organize and lead daily sales meetings to motivate and align the team, while coordinating regular training sessions with the Training Managers to keep skills sharp and morale high
Oversee the adherence to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a seamless sales operation that is efficient, compliant, and client-focused
Take charge of hiring, and managing the sales team. Empower your staff through mentorship and clear communication, while holding the authority to discipline and make staffing decisions in line with company guidelines
Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance team performance. Be ready to roll up your sleeves and lead from the front when needed to ensure sales targets are achieved
Perform other duties as needed to support the overall business goals and growth of the company
Requirements
A minimum of 10 years in a managerial role within the Timeshare industry, with a proven track record of success
