Outpost24 is looking for a Director of Sales Operations to join our team. In this role, you will drive operational excellence and revenue growth across the company. You will align and optimize the end-to-end revenue process, from lead generation to customer retention, through data-driven insights and process improvements for both direct and indirect sales. Working autonomously and hands-on, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Finance. You will report to the COO and work closely with the Division Heads and Finance.
Job Responsibility:
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution: Designing, implementing, and refining direct and indirect Go-to-Market strategies aligned with the business’ long-term growth objectives
Ensuring seamless collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Finance teams
Revenue / Pipeline Analytics & Insights: Designing, owning and managing revenue analytics, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting
Providing actionable insights and recommendations to the Divisions on pipeline health and performance, forecasting, and key business trends to drive sales effectiveness
Designing sales incentives and tracking sales performance
Process Optimization: Identifying and eliminating inefficiencies in the revenue cycle
Automating and streamlining processes and systems (Salesforce and other relevant platforms) to accelerate the sales cycle, reduce friction, and improve qualification and conversion rates, while ensuring data integrity and best practices
Developing processes for lead scoring, routing, and segmentation that support both demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives
CRM Optimization: Owning the optimization of the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring it supports both current and future business needs
Overseeing integrations with other relevant platforms
Ensuring data integrity and implementing best practices for sales management, lead qualification, and reporting
Requirements:
Extensive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar senior role within a fast growing, and scaling SaaS organization, preferably in cybersecurity
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through data-driven insights, forecasting, and performance management
Led cross-functional initiatives that improved end-to-end revenue processes and Go-to-Market execution in direct and indirect sales settings
Deep expertise in CRM ecosystems, in particular Salesforce
Trusted partner to senior leadership, comfortable advising business leaders and working closely with Finance and other executive stakeholders
Operate confidently at a strategic level while remaining pragmatic and hands-on, combining strong analytical skills with synthesis
Excellent stakeholder management skills and interpersonal & communication skills in English
