Job Responsibility:
Drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and elevate the brand through strategic sales leadership and innovative marketing campaigns
Oversee the full commercial pipeline from lead generation through to conversion
Act as the central link connecting the Business Development team, Marketing team and Account Manager team
Lead the commercial strategy for all immersive experiences
Develop and execute the company's sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and long term growth
Lead, coach and motivate the sales & business development teams to meet KPI's and maximise conversion rates
Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, brands, sponsors, agencies and stakeholders
Report to the Director and strategise for the year ahead
Bring in new business opportunities into the company
Requirements:
Experience in immersive experiences, installations, trails, branded activations, festivals, or large scale themed events
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build strong relationships with key clients, partners, brands, sponsors, agencies, and stakeholders
Ability to forecast, introduce new structures, and create a new business strategy
Experience leading, coaching, and motivating sales & business development teams
Experience developing and executing sales strategy
Experience overseeing full commercial pipeline from lead generation to conversion
