We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Director of Sales Manager to lead and oversee our sales team. As the Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance customer satisfaction. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and passion for driving sales excellence will be critical in achieving the company’s sales objectives and ensuring long-term business success.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and refine the sales strategy, aligning it with the company’s overall objectives and growth targets
  • Identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and potential customers to ensure the sales team targets the right segments effectively
  • Analyze competitor activity and customer behavior to stay ahead in the market and capitalize on emerging opportunities

  • Collaborate with the finance department to develop the sales budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize return on investment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • MBA is a plus
  • Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in sales management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales performance metrics to make informed business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, negotiation techniques, and customer relationship management
  • Experience in managing and optimizing CRM systems and sales tools
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on coaching and developing high-performing teams
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and develop innovative sales strategies
