As Director of Sales, you will lead a team operating across EMEA, APAC, North America, LATAM & South Africa, driving new business performance and supporting strategic growth initiatives. This role combines sales leadership, commercial / new business strategy and hands-on involvement in complex enterprise opportunities.
Job Responsibility
Lead and develop an international new business sales team, 4-5 direct reports
Drive new business revenue growth across enterprise and strategic accounts
Support complex, high-value sales opportunities from qualification through to close
Build alignment between commercial strategy and regional execution
Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Enablement and Bid teams to maximise growth opportunities
Develop sales capability, forecasting accuracy and performance management processes
Identify opportunities for market expansion and revenue growth
Act as a senior commercial leader within the organisation
Requirements
Proven experience leading international sales teams
Strong track record of delivering new business growth – a hunter, player manager type with credibility
Experience selling complex solutions into enterprise organisations
Ability to operate as both a strategic leader and hands-on commercial contributor
Experience scaling revenue within a growing business environment, £20-50m range
Strong stakeholder management and executive-level engagement skills
Commercially astute, data-driven and highly customer-focused
