Job Description

The Director of Sales, Casino is responsible for owning and driving new logo acquisition within the global casino and integrated resort market. This highly consultative enterprise sales role focuses on selling Duetto’s revenue optimization platform into complex environments that encompass gaming, hotel operations, entertainment, and food and beverage. The successful candidate will navigate long, multi-stakeholder buying cycles and position Duetto as a strategic, long-term partner to senior casino leadership.

Job Responsibility

  • Execute the full sales cycle for casino and integrated resort opportunities, managing every stage from initial engagement through contract signature
  • Develop and lead strategic account plans for target global casino groups and flagship properties to drive expansion and revenue growth
  • Navigate complex buying committees, including executive stakeholders across gaming leadership, hotel operations, finance, IT, and compliance
  • Establish high-quality enterprise pipelines aligned with global casino ARR targets through disciplined deal management and prospecting
  • Position Duetto’s differentiated value proposition by demonstrating deep knowledge of casino revenue drivers and regulatory considerations versus traditional competitors
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and VP-level casino executives, leveraging commercial acumen to establish long-term strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales enablement, and leadership to refine vertical-specific messaging, playbooks, and deal strategies
  • Provide structured feedback to the product strategy team regarding casino-specific use cases and market requirements to influence the product roadmap
  • Maintain high levels of forecast accuracy and deal discipline, providing regular board-level visibility into the casino pipeline
  • Perform other related duties as needed to support team and company priorities

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions in complex B2B environments
  • Strong preference for prior experience selling into casinos gaming hospitality or integrated resorts
  • Track record of closing large ACV deals with long sales cycles
  • Comfort engaging with senior executives and leading strategic commercial conversations
  • Highly structured self driven and disciplined in pipeline and account management

Nice to have

  • Experience selling revenue management analytics or performance optimization solutions
  • Familiarity with global casino operators and gaming markets across regions
  • Experience working in matrixed global sales organizations
