In this role, you’ll play a key client-facing role within the Advisory Practice. You’ll work directly with founders to uncover growth challenges, design effective strategies, and translate them into clear, actionable steps. You’ll also help strengthen our internal team by developing playbooks, mentoring advisors, and advancing our collective sales and customer acquisition expertise. Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement rapid growth strategies for client businesses by identifying key constraints and prescribing clear, practical solutions
Lead Boardroom sessions and facilitate live problem-solving with founders to drive tangible outcomes
Demonstrate deep expertise across sales, team development, process design, business development, and lead generation (inbound and outbound)
Build and present playbooks, frameworks, and tools that help clients execute with confidence
Collaborate with internal teams to elevate the client experience and continuously improve program delivery
Partner on internal growth initiatives, including product launches, funnel development, and new offerings
Coach and mentor junior advisors and associates to raise the standard of excellence across the team
Model competitive greatness, sincere candor, and unimpeachable character in every interaction
Requirements:
8+ years in sales with a proven track record of driving growth, including leading or supporting a company through an exit
Leadership experience in building, managing, or developing high-performing sales teams
Deep expertise across several of the following areas: Sales process design (B2B or B2C)
Sales scripts or presentation development
Business development and lead nurturing
Lead generation (inbound and outbound)
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, especially when presenting or engaging with founders and business leaders
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment that requires excellence
High emotional intelligence with the ability to influence and build trust quickly
Outstanding analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
