Job Responsibility
Develop the overall pricing strategy for all segments, feeder markets and distribution channels, in conjunction with Director of Sales
Drive Revenue and Profit Performance and increase Market Share
Spread a Revenue Culture within the hotel teams
Forecasting and Budgeting
Data Analysis
Strategy Setting and deployment
Implement and effectively manage the sales and pricing strategy, in all distribution channels
Perform Group displacement analysis taking into consideration the overall Revenue and profit optimisation
Control block pickup and timely wash
Follow up on lost business
Perform account evaluation (Corporate / Wholesale) on a yearly basis
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years experience in Revenue Management, including electronic distribution
Proven track record of increasing revenue streams or strengthening the performance of a property
Experience with data analysis, including E-Commerce KPIs
Computer Skills: Opera PMS, Opera Central Systems / SynXis, Channel Manager, RMS knowledge, Microsoft Office including Excel advanced skills
Bachelor's degree required
