Job Responsibility

  • Develop the overall pricing strategy for all segments, feeder markets and distribution channels, in conjunction with Director of Sales
  • Drive Revenue and Profit Performance and increase Market Share
  • Spread a Revenue Culture within the hotel teams
  • Forecasting and Budgeting
  • Data Analysis
  • Strategy Setting and deployment
  • Implement and effectively manage the sales and pricing strategy, in all distribution channels
  • Perform Group displacement analysis taking into consideration the overall Revenue and profit optimisation
  • Control block pickup and timely wash
  • Follow up on lost business
  • Perform account evaluation (Corporate / Wholesale) on a yearly basis

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in Revenue Management, including electronic distribution
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue streams or strengthening the performance of a property
  • Experience with data analysis, including E-Commerce KPIs
  • Computer Skills: Opera PMS, Opera Central Systems / SynXis, Channel Manager, RMS knowledge, Microsoft Office including Excel advanced skills
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • English (Proficient)
