Job Description

This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly strategic, enterprise-level role at the heart of commercial performance in a remote working role. As Director of Revenue Strategy & Distribution, you'll sit at the intersection of insight and execution—shaping how we think, how we forecast, and ultimately how we outperform across a diverse and growing hotel portfolio. Working as a trusted partner to the VP of Commercial, this is a role with real visibility and influence. You'll not only challenge thinking at the highest level, but also play a key role in building capability across our commercial teams, ensuring our Directors and on-property leaders are equipped to make smarter, faster, more confident decisions.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the strategic direction of revenue and distribution function, aligning central expertise with on-property delivery to unlock performance at scale
  • Shape how the function operates, elevate standards, and ensure consistency of approach across multiple markets and teams
  • Identify opportunities, mitigate risk, and drive sustainable growth through insight-led analysis and clear commercial direction
  • Challenge performance through robust forecasting, interrogate trends at a divisional level
  • Drive innovation, rethink processes, strengthen data capability, and embed smarter ways of working
  • Define and deliver the strategy for the revenue shared services function, aligning with wider business goals
  • Guide a team of specialists and influence a broader network of Directors of Commercial and on-property teams
  • Coach, challenge, and develop others to build capability across the function
  • Take ownership of performance management at a functional level
  • Lead the evolution of data and analytics strategy

Requirements

  • Experienced commercial leader with a strong grounding in revenue strategy, distribution, and performance optimisation within a complex, multi-site environment
  • Sharp commercial mindset, balanced with the ability to step back and think strategically
  • Comfortable operating at pace while maintaining clarity and control
  • Confident challenging stakeholders, influencing senior leaders, and translating data into decisions
  • Approach to leadership that naturally builds trust, holds people to account, and creates an environment where individuals and teams can grow
