LoadUp is seeking a data-driven Director of Revenue Operations to unify systems and insights that fuel scalable growth. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role that will directly impact LoadUp’s growth trajectory and operational performance.
Job Responsibility:
Develop a unified revenue data model across CRM, dispatch, support, and marketing systems
Establish clear lifecycle definitions
Create scalable processes, governance, and SLA frameworks across revenue impacting teams
Oversee CRM strategy, configuration, and optimization (HubSpot)
Align and integrate systems across marketing automation, sales, dispatch/scheduling, support, and finance
Implement workflows, automation, and data hygiene practices that scale
Build market-level and national revenue forecasts
Analyze demand generation, job conversion, cancellation drivers, and fulfillment performance
Produce executive dashboards for job volume, completion rate, revenue, capacity balance, and customer satisfaction
Identify revenue leakage across quote-to-book, job assignment, fulfillment, and customer experience
Work with operations to improve Loader (contractor) acceptance, reliability, and capacity
Partner with dispatch to enhance job routing, SLA compliance, and exception handling
Partner with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Support, Finance, and Product to drive alignment
Lead quarterly RevOps planning and prioritization
Champion process adoption and continuous improvement across teams
Requirements:
7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Marketplace Operations
3+ years in a leadership or people management role
Experience in a high-volume service marketplace, logistics platform, or multi-sided network a strong plus
Strong analytical and data modelling abilities
Deep understanding of lifecycle metrics, funnel analytics, and forecasting
Expertise in CRM management (HubSpot, Salesforce) and workflow automation tools
Demonstrated success building data, process, and system foundations from the ground up
Ability to translate operational complexity into clear processes and dashboards
Excellent communication and influence across technical and non-technical teams
Nice to have:
Experience in a high-volume service marketplace, logistics platform, or multi-sided network
