Job Responsibility:
Balance financial objectives of different lodging products to maximize total revenues and profit
Accountable for pricing, positioning and inventory of all hotels within area of purview
Develop and recommend sales strategy for pricing of transient customer, wholesale, and group segments
Identify new revenue opportunities
Communicate sales strategy and pricing to key stakeholders
Maintain productive relationships with stakeholders
Analyze revenue management data and identify trends
Generate reports and presentations
Manage reservation system information
Monitor distribution channels and competitor positioning
Provide input for market sales strategy
Implement and evaluate revenue tests
Communicate brand initiatives and market analysis
Requirements:
2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
1 year experience in revenue management, sales and marketing, or related professional area
OR 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
