A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Cycle to provide leadership and oversight of revenue cycle operations. This is a key leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing financial performance, and ensuring efficient revenue cycle processes across a multi-specialty healthcare environment. The ideal candidate is a collaborative and results-driven leader with a strong background in healthcare revenue cycle management, experience working within multi-specialty practices, and a proven ability to improve processes, performance, and outcomes.
Job Responsibility
Provide strategic and operational leadership for revenue cycle functions across the organization
Develop and implement initiatives to improve revenue integrity, reimbursement, cash flow, and operational efficiency
Manage contracts, compliance and establish new services
Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for process improvement
Collaborate with clinical, operational, and executive leadership teams to support organizational goals
Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and industry best practices
Lead, mentor, and develop revenue cycle staff and management team members
Analyze revenue cycle trends and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making
Oversee workflow optimization and process standardization efforts
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 5 years of progressive revenue cycle leadership experience
Experience within a multi-specialty healthcare environment required (Behavioral health revenue cycle experience strongly preferred)
Hands-on experience with Epic
Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies, revenue cycle operations, and payer relations
Demonstrated success leading teams, improving performance metrics, and implementing process improvements
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare environment
