Job Description:

The Head of Retail will own Hypervolt’s inbound consumer sales operation—leading a growing team responsible for converting high-volume inbound demand into revenue. With an average order value of ~£1k, success requires mastery of velocity sales motions, data-driven management, coaching excellence, and deep collaboration with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams. This is a high-impact, highly cross-functional leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment and knows how to scale people, processes, and performance.

  • Strong coaching mindset with a track record of upskilling teams and improving conversion through structured training
  • Excellent cross-functional collaborator with experience working alongside marketing, web, product, and operations
  • Process-driven, organised, and obsessive about high-quality customer experiences
  • Passion for clean energy, EV charging, or consumer tech a strong plus
