This expansive property will include 96 beautifully appointed guestrooms and 61 Residences, centrally located in the "tourist corridor" between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo atop the breathtaking Baja California Sur with amazing views of the sea where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. Amenities will include three restaurants, three resort pools, an open-air fitness center, Spa & Spa Garden, and a Clubhouse event facility. The Director of Restaurants is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Cayao, Coraluz, and Sora restaurants and bars. This leadership role ensures a seamless dining experience aligned with brand standards, exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and financial performance.

Job Responsibility

  • Direct the daily operations of Cayao, Coraluz, and Sora, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences
  • Maintain consistent delivery of high-quality service, strictly adhering to brand standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Act as the key liaison between front-of-house and culinary teams to guarantee coordination and food quality
  • Develop, manage, and oversee departmental budgets, forecasts, and labor cost controls
  • Monitor financial performance and implement upselling strategies to drive revenue and profitability
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as P&L, covers, and average checks, initiating corrective actions as necessary
  • Inspire, guide, and develop a high-performing team of assistant managers and frontline staff
  • Facilitate ongoing training programs focused on service excellence, product knowledge, and safety protocols
  • Lead efforts in performance management, employee engagement, recognition, and succession planning
  • Champion a personalized and memorable guest experience, ensuring service exceeds expectations
  • Promptly and professionally address guest feedback and complaints, ensuring effective resolution and follow-up
  • Partner with the marketing team to support outlet promotions, events, and guest engagement strategies
  • Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations in line with local and corporate standards
  • Maintain compliance with licensing laws and all applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a F&B leadership role, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel
  • Proven track record of managing multi-outlet operations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Financial acumen and analytical thinking
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, other languages are an asset.
