Job Description:

Manages restaurant operations at Bvlgari Hotel Beijing, focusing on guest satisfaction, financial performance, and team leadership. Responsibilities include overseeing staff, developing budgets, ensuring compliance with standards, and maintaining exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibility:

Manages all restaurant operations and staff on a daily basis
directs food and beverage management team
strives to improve guest and employee satisfaction
maximizes financial performance
estimates food, liquor, and other beverage consumption
facilitates pre-meal briefings with chefs and restaurant managers
maintains service and sanitation standards
oversees booking and manages special events
develops and maintains budgets
leads food and beverage team
sets performance goals
coaches and mentors staff
displays leadership in guest hospitality
ensures adherence to liquor laws
administers performance appraisals
hires and guides employees
ensures compliance with food handling and sanitation standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
6 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area
2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area
knowledge of customer and personal service
knowledge of economics and accounting
analytical and critical thinking
management of financial resources
knowledge of administration and management
applied business knowledge
knowledge of food production and presentation
management of material resources.
