  • Provide strategic leadership for all donor engagement and fundraising activities within the department, setting measurable objectives, monitoring performance, and making course corrections to ensure achievement of goals
  • Develop and approve departmental donor engagement strategies in collaboration with team managers, ensuring alignment with the CDO’s overarching development plan
