Job Description

The Four Seasons Resort, Nevis is seeking a Director of Residences who will be responsible for ensuring the comfort and safety of our owners/guests, protection and maintenance of assets. Managing and directing employees and providing a work environment which upholds the culture of Four Seasons and is in accordance with the Home Owner’s Association (HOA).

Job Responsibility

  • Engage with Residence owners creating genuine connections and know their preferences, family members, frequent visitors and vendors
  • Follow up with glitches, and provide personalized recognition for special occasions and events
  • Liaison between The Hotel and Residences
  • Stay informed about The Hotel current events and communicate to residents and staff
  • Report any service discrepancies through the proper channels
  • Maintain the physical property to the highest standards including all back of house areas, public areas, parking, landscaping and equipment
  • Inspections should be carried out on a regular basis with reports kept as required
  • Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety systems
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of employee relations including
  • scheduling, interviewing, training, coaching, recognizing, appreciating, responding appropriately to concerns and complaints, disciplinary action and payroll
  • Ensure compliance with Residences polices, HOA (Home Owner Association) Agreements, operating procedures, rules and regulations for the residents and staff
  • Participate creating annual budgets and monitor throughout the year

Requirements

  • College education, hotel, or business administration degree preferred
  • Five to ten years in management positions within the Rooms Division operations
  • Previous Residential experience useful
  • Requires a working knowledge of the Rooms Division aspect of Four Seasons services, policies or operations
