Job Description:

The Director of Residences at Nekajui a Ritz-Carlton Reserve is responsible for implementing high standards for all aspects of life-safety, loss-prevention, unit owner identity, and privacy protection. The role involves managing luxury condominium facilities and all departments within the building, ensuring superior care and increasing property value. The director serves as a liaison to Association shared services directors and develops strategies to meet or exceed the needs of the brand’s target customers and employees. The position requires a strong background in property management, leadership, and operational excellence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Implements high standards for all aspects of life-safety, loss-prevention, unit owner identity, and privacy protection
  • Operates within the constraints of the residences budget
  • Provides timely reporting of financial performance and projections to the Board
  • Manages luxury condominium facilities and all departments working within the building
  • Serves as a Liaison to Association shared services Directors
  • Develops and implements property-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target customer and employees
  • Implements training programs related to property management reinforcing constant quality service
  • Continuously identifies and corrects building and service defects while providing increase in value

Requirements:

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Property Management, or related major
  • 4 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
  • Management license for Condominiums
  • OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Property Management, or related major
  • 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
  • Management license for Condominiums
  • Previous Association management experience preferred
