The Director of Residences at Nekajui a Ritz-Carlton Reserve is responsible for implementing high standards for all aspects of life-safety, loss-prevention, unit owner identity, and privacy protection. The role involves managing luxury condominium facilities and all departments within the building, ensuring superior care and increasing property value. The director serves as a liaison to Association shared services directors and develops strategies to meet or exceed the needs of the brand’s target customers and employees. The position requires a strong background in property management, leadership, and operational excellence.
Job Responsibility:
Implements high standards for all aspects of life-safety, loss-prevention, unit owner identity, and privacy protection
Operates within the constraints of the residences budget
Provides timely reporting of financial performance and projections to the Board
Manages luxury condominium facilities and all departments working within the building
Serves as a Liaison to Association shared services Directors
Develops and implements property-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target customer and employees
Implements training programs related to property management reinforcing constant quality service
Continuously identifies and corrects building and service defects while providing increase in value
Requirements:
2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Property Management, or related major
4 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
Management license for Condominiums
OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Property Management, or related major
2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
Management license for Condominiums
Previous Association management experience preferred
