Job Responsibility

  • Build meaningful relationships with residence owners, anticipating their needs and creating personalized, memorable experiences
  • Serve as the key liaison between the Hotel and Residences, ensuring seamless communication of events, services, and updates
  • Oversee the physical condition of the property, ensuring all public areas, back-of-house spaces, and amenities meet Four Seasons standards
  • Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational protocols
  • Lead and manage the residences team, including hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management
  • Ensure adherence to HOA agreements, property policies, and Four Seasons operating standards
  • Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and procurement of supplies and equipment
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor financial performance, and control expenses
  • Coordinate smooth resident move-ins, move-outs, deliveries, and day-to-day service requests
  • Foster a professional, collaborative, and service-driven work environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 5–10 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hotel operations or residential property management
  • Strong leadership and team development skills with a passion for service excellence
  • Solid understanding of luxury hospitality standards and residential operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • fluency in English required
