Job Description

This role is responsible for the design, governance, and technology-driven evolution of the group-wide remuneration strategy. Positioned at the intersection of complex financial reward structures and boardroom governance, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEOs, CFO, and the Rem Co to attract, motivate, and retain top-tier investment and corporate talent.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive the executive compensation agenda, manage the Rem Co, and deliver decision-focused materials to the CEOs, CFO, and Board in alignment with ASX requirements
  • Lead the strategy and design of sophisticated variable reward programs globally, including equity, co-investment, and specialised carry structures
  • Execute the end-to-end annual remuneration review, partnering tightly with Finance to ensure outcomes are commercially viable and aligned with corporate budgets
  • Optimise and digitise the existing remuneration framework, improving data systems, controls, and processes to support a scalable global footprint
  • Govern group-wide job architecture, leverage data analytics for strategic decision-making and embed pay equity principles
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing reward team.

  • Organise Main Board and Membership, Finance & Performance (MF&P) Board meetings (four each per year), including arranging one lunch and one dinner annually
  • Take minutes for all Board and MF&P meetings, review minutes with the techUK CEO and CFO, and then with the Chairs of respective meetings
  • Prepare scripts for Board Chairs and send to them in advance of meetings
  • Send out board papers, ensuring timely distribution by coordinating and following up with Senior Leadership Team (SLT) members
