Robert Half HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Director of Recruiting with 10+ years of experience to support our client who has a national footprint. This role will be fully remote but preference will be given to candidates who reside in the greater Atlanta area. This role requires a strong leader capable of managing recruitment strategies while also handling individual requisitions. The ideal candidate will have more than ten years of experience in talent acquisition, with expertise in analytics, process improvement, and working with a variety of personalities. This is a long-term contract opportunity. This role is a "player/coach" who will need to improve efficiencies and procedures of an existing talent acquisition team of recruiters. Only candidates who have overseen recruiting for multi-state hiring will be considered for this opportunity.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and oversee the full cycle recruitment process for both clinical and non-clinical roles, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
Manage individual requisitions while coaching and mentoring team members to achieve their hiring goals
Utilize Workday analytics to track key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate flow, and retention rates
Drive accountability within the recruitment team by implementing and enforcing standardized processes
Build strong relationships with business partners and manage challenging personalities effectively to meet their hiring needs
Develop and implement talent sourcing strategies to attract top candidates for multisite locations
Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity and adherence to best practices
Collaborate with leadership to create and promote effective talent branding initiatives
Leverage change management skills to adapt recruitment strategies to organizational needs and goals
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies while fostering a positive and detail-oriented hiring experience for candidates
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or corporate recruiting roles
Proven ability to lead and coach recruitment teams in a remote working environment
Proficiency in Workday analytics and other recruitment tools
Strong analytical skills to evaluate recruitment metrics and drive process improvements
Demonstrated ability to manage challenging personalities and build strong stakeholder relationships
Experience recruiting for multisite locations and remote employees
Knowledge of clinical and non-clinical healthcare recruiting is advantageous but not required
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
