The Director of Recruiting will lead the development and execution of a high-performance recruiting function aligned with the company’s growth objectives. This role combines operational focus with strategic, company-based philosophical grounding to ensure our hiring approach supports both immediate hiring needs and broader organizational priorities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives and high-performance standards
  • Team Building and Development: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing recruiting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and make data-driven decisions
  • Scalability: Design and implement scalable recruiting processes and systems to meet the demands of the organization
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership, hiring managers, and business partners to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting plans
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion in all recruiting efforts
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage advanced recruiting technologies and tools to optimize the talent acquisition process

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in recruiting
  • At least 3 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performance recruiting teams with a focus on data driven decision making
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies, Greenhouse preferred
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decisions
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices and industry trends
