The Director of Quality will be responsible for the college's quality improvement and assurance framework, including readiness for inspection to ensure the college meets its strategic performance indicators. The successful candidate, through strategic leadership and collaboration with curriculum management teams, will create a culture of continuous improvement. The Director of Quality will be a member of the Corporate Leadership Group and will strategically lead the quality cycle and associated approaches, for all funding streams, to ensure that all learners and apprentices access a high-quality education experience, improve performance outcomes and realise the college’s ambition of ‘real skills, real futures’.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
Educated to Degree level or equivalent experience in senior roles
Cert.Ed./PGCE or equivalent teacher training qualification
At least 3 years' experience in teaching and training related roles
At least 3 years' experience in Quality and/or Improving Teaching and Learning related roles
Experience of successfully raising standards, improving the quality of provision and/or coaching and developing staff
