Director of Project Management

The Director of Project Management will provide strategic oversight for a high-volume, fast-paced creative production environment supporting tours, festivals, and national and regional marketing initiatives. This role focuses on optimizing workflows, strengthening Jira Atlassian systems, and driving data-informed decision-making at scale. Partnering closely with Project Managers and cross-functional stakeholders, the Director will assess current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement system enhancements that improve efficiency, visibility, and accountability. This role requires strong technical fluency, leadership experience, and the ability to communicate operational insights at the business level.
