Job Description:

Director of Program Management role in Enterprise Brand Strategy team at CVS Health, responsible for managing timelines and milestones, ensuring smooth delivery of intended outcomes, and driving alignment among senior leaders across the organization.

Job Responsibility:

Support the Brand Strategy leader on structuring, managing and prioritizing ongoing work along with overall administrative support
Partner closely with team leadership to drive cross-functional alignment, manage priorities, track progress, and deliver outcomes towards Enterprise goals
Proactively evaluate project activities, build contingency plans, execute corrective action, and monitor issue resolution to mitigate risks such as scope and/or budget variances
Oversee vendor management processes including contract scoping, deliverable oversight and integration across internal teams
Manage budget tracking and proactively partner with Finance and team leadership to identify gaps or risks in allocations

Requirements:

8+ years of program or project experience within a corporate and/or consulting firm experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (HS Diploma and 4 years of experience) required
MBA preferred
Proven experience engaging directly with senior leaders across matrixed organizations
Strong background in managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs with both internal and external contributors
Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills
ability to distill complexity to drive clarity
Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and program management tools
