Job Description

The Director of Product will own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for CLEAR’s Travel digital experiences across mobile app and web, spanning enrollment, winback, and the member journey from home-to-gate. This role is accountable for driving meaningful growth outcomes by improving acquisition, increasing mobile app adoption and utilization, and evolving CLEAR’s digital assist into a differentiated, high-utility travel experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the CLEAR Travel product portfolio across mobile app and web, defining the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Identify the product capabilities that will materially increase mobile app downloads, engagement, and habitual usage
  • Drive growth-focused improvements to the web experience
  • Develop and articulate product strategy at the SLT level
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data to deliver scalable, high-quality consumer experiences
  • Identify and incubate new monetization and engagement opportunities within the Travel ecosystem
  • Manage and mentor a small team of Product Managers
  • Establish strong product operating rhythms
  • Champion customer obsession and execution excellence

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, including leading consumer-facing products across mobile and web
  • Proven track record owning growth-oriented funnels (acquisition, conversion, engagement) in subscription, eCommerce, or consumer platforms
  • Deep experience driving mobile app strategy (iOS/Android), including activation, engagement, and retention
  • Comfort operating at both strategy and execution layers
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with experience partnering closely with Marketing, Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations
