Everlaw is seeking an experienced Director of Product Partnerships to build and lead our new product and tech partnerships function. In this highly collaborative and strategic role, you will be responsible for defining and executing a product-driven partnership strategy that accelerates the success of Everlaw's products. You will identify high-impact partnering opportunities and develop productive relationships with priority partners across the legal tech, SaaS, AI, and cloud industries. By working closely with the product and go-to-market teams, you will drive a wide range of partnerships, including API integrations, connector partnerships, OEM and licensing relationships, and product-led GTM partnerships.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute Everlaw’s overall strategy with tech and product partners
Identify white space opportunities for product integration, technology, API, and GTM partnerships
Conduct market research and competitive analysis
Source, evaluate, and prioritize potential partners
Develop rigorous but compelling business cases
Lead complex negotiations with potential partners
Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to define integration requirements
Manage both new and existing partnerships
Collaborate extensively with Product
Partner with engineering
Work closely with the GTM team
Collaborate with Legal
Serve as an internal and external evangelist for product partnerships
Represent Everlaw at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Requirements:
At least 9 years of relevant experience (business development, strategic partnerships, or product management) at a SaaS or technology company inclusive of any related post-graduate work (e.g., MBA, MS)
At least 6 years of experience in product partnerships or technology alliances
Knowledge of tech and product partnership ecosystems
Ability to lead teams to design and grow tech partner ecosystems, including platform, ISV, and enterprise solutions ecosystems
Experience successfully developing and closing high-impact strategic partnerships
Deep product-focused mind-set
Deep understanding of the SaaS ecosystem, enterprise software, and common product and technical integration patterns
Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand complex product architectures and integration requirements
