As the Director of Product Partnerships & strategic BD, you will lead our global integrations strategy to ensure Yotpo maintains the right technology alliances to fuel our exponential growth. You will be the bridge between our partners and our product teams, directly impacting customer retention, win rates, and our position as a central player in the ecosystem.

Job Responsibility

  • Form new first-of-a-kind integrations and commercial alliances with the world’s leading commerce, social & marketing platforms
  • Directly manage strategic relationships with Tier-1 partners (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok, Attentive) to identify new GTM and product opportunities
  • Lead the strategy and execution of Yotpo’s App Market vision in collaboration with Product Leadership
  • Serve as the bridge between BD and Product
  • bring ecosystem signals to Tel Aviv HQ to influence product roadmap
  • Manage a Product Partnerships Manager responsible for qualifying, onboarding, and supporting new integrations
  • Partner with Product Marketing and L&E to ensure client-facing teams are equipped to leverage integrations
  • Work with Partner Ops to report on App Market’s value, including impact on sales win rates, lead generation, and customer stickiness

Requirements

  • 5+ years in the eCommerce space at a fast-growing SaaS company in a strategic customer or partner-facing role
  • Proven track record of running strategic partner relationships and overseeing the entire integration lifecycle
  • Strong product and technical skillset, with ability to navigate discussions with Engineering and Product leadership and understand integration concepts such as APIs and SDKs
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to partner with global business leaders
  • Detail-oriented and analytical mindset with comfort in data, reporting, and process optimization
  • Experience negotiating complex business deals and legal agreements for product collaboration/integration led opportunities

Nice to have

  • 4+ years in product partnerships, product management or solution engineering roles
  • Proven experience working with Shopify, Magento Commerce, Salesforce Commerce, Meta Shops, TikTok Shop, Google Shopping and similar commerce platforms
