You will lead the Product Operations team to ensure products are successfully brought to market and serve as a key connector across strategy, execution, and launch. This role blends systems thinking, people leadership, and hands-on operational excellence to help the Product organization operate with clarity, focus, and speed.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and evolve agile planning and execution across the Product organization, including quarterly planning and delivery health
  • Drive product launch excellence, establishing clear launch frameworks and readiness criteria from early development through post-launch
  • Enable scalable product operations systems and processes that improve visibility and execution across multiple product lines
  • Translate product strategy into operational reality, ensuring priorities and capacity are aligned to business outcomes
  • Deliver clear executive-level insights through metrics, dashboards, and narratives that surface risks and progress with absolute clarity
  • Optimize tools like Jira and Confluence to support planning and launch workflows, ensuring teams are set up for success as the organization scales
  • Partner with Product leadership on resourcing and budgeting to ensure teams are set up for success as the organization scales
  • Mentor and develop a team of Product Operations leaders, fostering a culture of ownership and excellence

Requirements

  • 4+ years leading and developing managers or senior individual contributors with a track record of driving success through change and ambiguity
  • Deep experience supporting agile planning, execution, and delivery health in a multi-team product environment
  • A "Never Done" mindset—characterized by insatiable curiosity, a commitment to driving progress over perfection, and the resilience to navigate shifting priorities
  • A disciplined, rigorous approach to utilizing metrics for evaluating performance, outcomes, and progress, with a focus on learning fast from missteps
  • A systems-oriented approach to planning, execution, tooling, and cross-functional product launches
  • Superior communication skills to translate complex operational roadmaps into compelling, transparent narratives for any audience, from technical teams to executive leadership
  • The ability to lead with clarity, trust, and deep empathy for customer outcomes through organizational complexity
