Director of Product Management

• Develop and implement product strategies that address business challenges through comprehensive systems and processes
• Define the product vision and roadmap, focusing on long-term goals and ensuring alignment with broader business objectives
• Align multiple product investments to company goals, market opportunities and financial targets
• Work closely with teams across the organization, including engineering, operations, and customer support, to create solutions that address pervasive problems in target markets
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, encouraging a culture of deep thinking and problem-solving
• While maintaining a high-level strategic focus, be willing to roll up your sleeves to dive into specific problems, offering both leadership and practical solutions
• Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions, ensuring they are backed by comprehensive analysis and insight
• Understands key SaaS benchmarks and how to use them to make product decisions

• Proven strong and solid hands-on experience in product management, with a significant portion in a leadership role
• Demonstrated experience in applying systems thinking to complex business challenges
• Portfolio management experience is a plus
• Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies that align with long-term business objectives
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring product managers, with a focus on developing strategic and systems-oriented thinking
• Strong understanding of the technical aspects of product development, with the ability to engage with engineering teams at a deep level
• A track record of solving complex business problems through innovative and sustainable systems, rather than short-term tactics
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Willingness to dive into details and work hands-on when needed to drive product success
• Experience managing products at different lifecycle stages simultaneously and operating in scaled or multi-product organizations with more than 50 products (nice to have)
• You are dedicated to elevating client and co-worker experiences
• You adapt swiftly to new business demands
• You excel in communication, effectively connecting in remote/hybrid environments using tools like Slack, Zoom, and G Suite and through occasional in-person events
• You have exceptional coaching, mentoring, and people development skills
