Job Description

Rapid7 is seeking an exceptional Director of Product Management to set the definitive strategy and execute the roadmap for our next-generation Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) business. This is a highly visible, strategic leadership role where you will define and execute the product strategy for a mission-critical security offering used by organizations worldwide. You will translate customer needs and market insights into a clear roadmap, working cross-functionally with engineering, go-to-market, and customer success teams to deliver scalable, differentiated SIEM capabilities in a rapidly changing threat environment.

  • 7+ years of progressive product management leadership experience specifically focused on SIEM, Log Management, or SOC platform solutions within high-growth B2B SaaS or cloud environments
  • Deep technical expertise in cybersecurity operations, advanced threat detection methodologies, and the nuances of the managed services delivery market
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and align high-performing cross-functional teams with absolute clarity and strong decision-making in fast-paced, high-stakes security environments
  • Superior communication skills that clearly articulate product objectives, strategic rationale, and value proposition to foster commitment from stakeholders across all levels, from technical analysts to executive leadership
