Job Description

As the Director of Product Management for Managed AI Software Firewalls, you will lead a world-class team to build and scale our cybersecurity capabilities through partnerships with Hyperscalers and Neo Clouds. You will own the product lifecycle, defining the future of network security by blending deep technical expertise with business acumen. This role requires leading a team of Principal PMs, driving product strategy, and communicating a clear vision to customers, partners, and executive leadership to deliver market-leading products.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the Product Management team for Managed AI Software Firewalls (OEM Partnerships)
  • Show strong thought leadership on future-proofing the products we build
  • Collaborate with PM leadership to develop your vision, product strategy, and roadmap
  • Work cross-functionally with other Product Teams to deliver on the 'Platform' vision
  • Develop, manage, and communicate the product roadmap to customers, partners, and all key internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with engineering to solve problems and deliver high-quality products on time
  • Engage with the GTM and Product Marketing teams on external messaging
  • Drive product pricing and packaging when necessary

Requirements

  • BS/MS degree, equivalent practical experience, or equivalent military experience
  • 8+ years in product management with at least 4 years in a lead/management role
  • 3+ years of people management experience leading a team of Product Managers
  • Experience in building AI/ML powered solutions for an enterprise platform
  • Strong desire to take ownership of the full product lifecycle
  • Power user of AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) to maximize productivity
  • Very strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of strong cross-team collaborations and leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience in fast-paced environments with overlapping projects/deliverables
