  • Drive the successful launch and iterative improvement of our Patient Portal, identifying features that create meaningful patient and business outcomes
  • Improve conversion through the "Start to Visit" funnel, from initial website visit through to completion of a second appointment
  • Leverage experimentation and data (A/B testing, cohort analysis, etc.) to identify high-ROI opportunities, measure outcomes, and guide decision-making
  • Prioritize ruthlessly, focusing on the most impactful problems and delivering results in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • Champion exceptional consumer experience, bringing a product design sensibility that results in intuitive, delightful, and effective user interfaces

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience growing and mentoring high-performing teams
  • A bias toward action, impact, and continuous improvement
