Job Description

We’re looking for a Director of Product Management for Infrastructure and Developer Productivity to help us meet the demands of a rapidly scaling business, directly shaping how fast our teams can build, how confidently our customers can rely on us, and how boldly we can innovate. In this role, your leadership will unlock developer velocity, safeguard reliability at global scale, and enable the product innovation that fuels Webflow’s mission — making you a cornerstone of how we earn and expand customer trust across everything we build.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and drive strategy for infrastructure and developer productivity
  • Partner with engineering leadership to shape technical roadmaps, align on priorities, and make informed build-versus-buy decisions
  • Lead and mentor product managers within Infrastructure and Developer experience
  • Establish and own success metrics, leveraging data and telemetry to measure platform performance, high availability and reliability, developer efficiency, and impact on business outcomes
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration, aligning across Engineering, Security, Product Management, Data, and Finance
  • Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, and translate them into pragmatic strategies
  • Communicate with clarity and influence, simplifying complex technical concepts for executives, while advocating effectively for infrastructure investments

Requirements

  • Highly technical background with deep understanding of distributed systems, developer tooling, and platform reliability
  • Significant people leadership experience, successfully managing and growing PM teams
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills
  • Strategic and systems-level thinking
  • Proven experience operating at scale — from leading large-scale build and deployment pipelines, to driving reliability and performance across multi-tenant SaaS platforms and globally distributed cloud infrastructure
  • Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for Webflow's sponsorship for an immigration-related employment benefit (i.e., a work visa, work permit, etc)

Nice to have

Specific experience in cloud platforms, container orchestration, CI/CD tools, and observability platforms is a plus

What we offer

  • Ownership in what you help build (RSUs)
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents and 6+ weeks of additional paid leave for birthing parents
  • Inclusive care for family planning, menopause, and midlife transitions
  • Flexible vacation, paid holidays, and a sabbatical program
  • Access to mental health resources, therapy and coaching
  • A 401(k) with 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year) in the U.S.
  • Monthly stipends for work and wellness expenses
  • Annual WIN bonus program
