Job Responsibility

  • Support product and feature launches from inception to launch for your assigned collection
  • Successfully manage relationships with Product team members and executives
  • Partner with Legal subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to provide pragmatic legal counsel to the business
  • Build our new Product Counsel function.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Counsel at a software company, ideally in the B2B SaaS space
  • Passion for building programs from scratch
  • simplifier skillset (no legalese for our Product teams)
  • strong writing skills to excel in our async environment
  • comfort using technology to get your work done
  • energized by a fast-paced and agile working environment
  • Background in a law firm and in-house legal team
  • Required Juris Doctor, with a license to practice law in your jurisdiction.
