Your role is to build Product Analytics as a first-class capability across the company: a trusted partner to Product, a driver of better decisions, and a foundation for future scale. You will work closely with Product Managers, other Analysts, Data Platform, Data Science, and Engineering teams across all domains (DSP, Performance, Supply, Platform).
Job Responsibility:
Define, lead, and scale Product Analytics at Vibe
Derive larger implications of analyses for the business as a whole, moving beyond individual product features to drive company-wide strategy
Establish credibility by being directly solicited by Senior Management and acting as a peer to Product leadership
Lay the foundations of a Product Analytics team where you will plan missions, evolutions, and resourcing
Structure complex and ambiguous problems into projects where data requires disambiguation
Own project delivery from end-to-end, including planning the roadmap and managing resources (people and data)
Drive the development of new and insightful analytical approaches and statistical techniques to justify the validity of results
Act as the Product Owner of analytics tools and data assets, overseeing interfaces, schedulers, and reporting systems
Lead large meetings with senior management with a focus on key decisions to be taken
Arbitrate conflicts within projects in scope, both inside and outside of the team, ensuring alignment across functions
Manage sensitive situations and relationships in other teams or functions without damage to the relationship or project delivery
Proactively launch and support new projects for the business as a whole, identifying opportunities that go beyond immediate requests
Consistently lead and mastermind the hypothesis generation process to drive high-quality, MECE (Mutually Exclusive, Collectively Exhaustive) hypothesis trees
Guarantee analyses are grounded in reality while effectively anticipating and resolving roadblocks before they occur
Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to distinguish correlation from causation in a real-time environment
Hire, retain, and motivate strong analysts and managers, creating an atmosphere of enthusiasm, fun, and commitment
Mentor team members on best practices and develop them on all aspects of the Analytical function
Own the knowledge management function in your area of expertise and drive knowledge-sharing initiatives
Provide input on organizational development, skill sets, and training plans
Requirements:
Deep understanding of technology, products, and business environments, preferably in AdTech
Proven ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in cross-functional environments
Experience presenting work orally and in writing in a clear, synthetic way with actionable next steps to senior management
Ability to adapt communication to the audience, bridging the gap between technical data and business strategy
Strong statistical foundations, with the ability to drive the development of new statistical techniques for experimentation and causal reasoning
Experience in planning and organizing team missions and evolutions, including resourcing
High proficiency in SQL and data exploration, capable of structuring complex and ambiguous problems
What we offer:
Very competitive compensation (salary and stock-options/BSPCE)
Remote-first (in France or elsewhere) with the option to work on-site in an ultra-cozy coworking space in the heart of Paris (Morning Laffitte)
