Job Description

Fullpath is a growing tech company in the automotive space with hubs across the US and Israel. Our mission is to constantly disrupt the industry by creating new, groundbreaking technologies to help dealers build stronger, more resilient businesses. Our work happens in the fast lane as we work to bring AI-powered, data-driven solutions to a quickly evolving industry. Our team at Fullpath is made up of curious and creative individuals who are always looking to achieve the impossible. We are bold, collaborative, and goal driven, and, at our core, we are committed to delivering value that impacts our bottom line. If you are a creative, solutions-oriented individual who is ready to put your career in drive, Fullpath is the place for you! As the Director of Product for the CDP Group, you will own the entire data lifecycle end-to-end. Your mission is to lead the team responsible for everything from initial data integrations to the data Insights platform, ultimately reflecting that data within our CDP to power reporting and meaningful audience creation for our Activation solutions. We are looking for a high-level leader who thrives on ambiguity. You should be able to take a high-level strategic vision-such as "streamlining client services data"-and execute the full technical and product journey: from extracting data from "messy" systems using LLM-based processing to ensuring the final reporting delivers clear, actionable value to our users.

Job Responsibility

  • End-to-End Data Ownership: Lead the strategic roadmap for data integrations, the data platform, and the Customer Data Platform (CDP)
  • Integration & Partner Management: Oversee the Data Integrations team, managing a scaling ecosystem of 200+ live integrations and identifying new opportunities for expansion
  • AI & LLM Innovation: Drive the use of LLM-based processing to transform unstructured, "messy" data into high-quality relational data that powers the Fullpath ecosystem
  • User-Centric Reporting: Define best practices for how data is surfaced to users, ensuring reporting is intuitive, impactful, and aligned with market needs
  • Strategic Execution: Translate ambiguous business goals into concrete technical requirements and product features
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with the CRM and Activation groups to ensure the CDP foundation effectively serves all marketing and sales solutions

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Product Management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role focusing on Data Products, Analytics, or AI/ML
  • Proven ability to manage complex data infrastructure at scale (CDP, SQL, Data Lakes) and a track record of building roadmaps from scratch
  • Experience with data transformation, LLM applications for data processing, and handling complex integrations
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS market trends and the ability to engage directly with US-based users to refine product-market fit
  • A proactive "doer" who can lead through ambiguity and foster a collaborative "We" over "I" culture
  • Native-level English with the ability to present complex data concepts to both technical teams and executive stakeholders

What we offer

  • Family-friendly environment and flexible working hours
  • An awesome global team of forward-thinking, innovative go-getters
  • Be part of a rapidly scaling company poised for the future
  • Learning and growth opportunities within a fast-paced tech startup environment
  • Clear career advancement path for strong performers
  • We are committed to setting each other up for success. As a member of our team, you will work in an environment that encourages growth, initiative taking, and continuous mutual feedback in order to reach your full potential
  • Cibus and lots of yummy treats
