Job Responsibility:

  • Lead on our procurement transformation journey, with full ownership of our spend which is well in excess of £100m across 600 partners
  • Establish robust frameworks, holding suppliers accountable for delivery, cost, and quality, ensuring best-in-class outcomes
  • Champion digitisation and automation, maximising ROI from systems like Salesforce while streamlining processes
  • Develop a high-performance team through leadership and mentoring, building career pathways and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Accomplished senior procurement leader with a proven background in customer-obsessed, high-growth organisations
  • Ideally with exposure to private equity environments, challenger brands, or high-tech businesses where digitisation and automation are at the core
  • Strong commercial acumen, excelling in negotiations, cost control, and supplier accountability, consistently driving measurable savings
  • Experience in digitisation and automation, using technology to enhance visibility, governance, and efficiency across procurement
  • Influential leader, inspiring cultural change, embedding cost-consciousness, customer focus, and best practice across the business
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
