We are looking for a strategic and analytical Director of Procurement to build, own, and execute the sourcing strategy for these essential categories. In this role, you will be a key business partner to our corporate leaders, responsible for delivering value, mitigating risk, and ensuring we have the right supplier relationships to support our ambitious growth. You will own the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from initial strategy and market analysis to contract negotiation and ongoing supplier performance management.

  • Partner closely with the Procurement Shared Services team to enforce and drive adoption of the organization's procurement policy and financial control framework
  • Enforce strict financial controls and documented sourcing practices for high-value expenditures
  • Lead, hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Category Managers and Specialists
  • Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with internal business leaders
  • Use influence and internal partnership to drive solutions for systemic issues that extend beyond Procurement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field along with 10–12 years of progressive experience in Corporate Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain Management
  • 5+ years in category management or procurement, with a focus on indirect or corporate services
  • A history of developing and executing category strategies that deliver measurable cost savings and service improvements
  • Strong skills in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management (SRM)
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with deep experience in spend analysis
  • Exceptional ability to build relationships, manage expectations, and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Hands-on experience with procure-to-pay (P2P) systems, such as Coupa

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a high-growth technology or startup environment
  • Deep expertise in one or more specific categories (e.g., professional services, facilities, enterprise technology)
  • MBA or a relevant professional certification (e.g., CPSM)
What we offer:
  • Restricted Stock Units in a fast growing, well-funded technology company
  • Health insurance package options that include HDHP and PPO, vision, and dental for you and your dependents
  • Employer contributions to HSA accounts
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability
  • Teladoc
  • 401(k) with a 100% match up to 4% of salary
  • Generous paid time off and holiday schedule
  • Cell phone reimbursement
