This role owns service excellence, team performance, and client satisfaction while partnering closely with Sales and Leadership on strategy, delivery, and growth.
Job Responsibility
Lead and develop a team of client service managers and professionals
Drive service excellence, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency
Partner with Sales to support renewals, upsell, and new business initiatives
Oversee implementation and execution of products and services
Serve as senior escalation point and remove operational roadblocks
Manage capacity planning, staffing, workflows, and process improvement
Support client onboarding, business reviews, and new implementations
Own team performance, reporting, compliance, and succession planning
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
At least 10 years of experience in client services, account management, or a related leadership function
MUST HAVE experience in print production, in-store signage and retail
Proven success leading service or account teams in a client-facing environment with complex stakeholder management
Strong background in account management, annual planning, and setting strategic direction for teams and client programs
Knowledge of print production and the ability to coordinate with external service or print partners
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain programs, processes, and expectations clearly
Demonstrated ability to manage performance, mentor team members, and support succession planning
Willingness to travel occasionally and work outside standard hours when business needs require it
