Job Description

This role owns service excellence, team performance, and client satisfaction while partnering closely with Sales and Leadership on strategy, delivery, and growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and develop a team of client service managers and professionals
  • Drive service excellence, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency
  • Partner with Sales to support renewals, upsell, and new business initiatives
  • Oversee implementation and execution of products and services
  • Serve as senior escalation point and remove operational roadblocks
  • Manage capacity planning, staffing, workflows, and process improvement
  • Support client onboarding, business reviews, and new implementations
  • Own team performance, reporting, compliance, and succession planning

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • At least 10 years of experience in client services, account management, or a related leadership function
  • MUST HAVE experience in print production, in-store signage and retail
  • Proven success leading service or account teams in a client-facing environment with complex stakeholder management
  • Strong background in account management, annual planning, and setting strategic direction for teams and client programs
  • Knowledge of print production and the ability to coordinate with external service or print partners
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain programs, processes, and expectations clearly
  • Demonstrated ability to manage performance, mentor team members, and support succession planning
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and work outside standard hours when business needs require it
