Hadrian is building autonomous factories that help aerospace and defense companies manufacture rockets, satellites, jets, and ships up to 10x faster and up to 2x cheaper. By combining advanced software, robotics, and full-stack manufacturing, we are reinventing how America produces its most critical parts. We are seeking a leader to scale our design-for-manufacturing (DFM), estimation and quote function. This is a critical senior leadership role that will own manufacturability analysis, quote estimation, and pricing strategy and execution for a highly automated manufacturing system, currently focused on precision machining. You will be expected to engineer and build scalable systems that enable us to rapidly ingest and analyze thousands of complex part packages per year, quote with accuracy, and attain quality and profitability targets. You will build a world-class technical team to support this, while influencing system-wide changes across engineering, software, factory, sales, and operations. You will scale your team to support new capabilities, materials, factory locations, part types, and customer complexity.
