The Director of Premium New Business (NB) Integrations leads SOP design for premium hospitality experiences to ensure consistent guest service, revenue optimization, and brand execution at scale.
Job Responsibility:
Standardize premium service execution and staffing models
Align service SOPs with culinary and operational workflows
Support innovation while maintaining core standards
Audit guest experience and premium execution quality
Launch premium service standards during new business transitions
Onboard premium leadership and service teams
Ensure suites, clubs, and catering readiness
Support stabilization of guest experience post-transition
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years in a leadership role within sports & entertainment, theme parks, large hotels, or multi-unit QSR
Experience scaling standardized operating models across multiple locations
Strong change management and cross-functional leadership skills
