Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction estimating and preconstruction, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Extensive knowledge of federal construction practices and government procurement processes
Proven track record of successfully leading preconstruction efforts for SCIF, secure facility, and mission-critical projects

Job Responsibility

Estimate a variety of federal construction projects
Develop, mentor, and evaluate the estimating and preconstruction staff to foster a high-performing team
Establish department goals, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency
Lead bid strategy discussions and manage proposal development for both negotiated and competitive procurements
Identify project risks during the preconstruction process and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with project teams
Serve as the principal subject matter expert for SCIFs and secure facility projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant security standards
