Job Description:

Seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of PMO - Security to lead the strategic direction, development, and lifecycle management of a cybersecurity product portfolio. This role is responsible for aligning product strategy with business goals, driving innovation, and ensuring the delivery of market-leading security solutions that meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibility:

Define and manage the cybersecurity product portfolio roadmap
evaluate and prioritize investment opportunities across the portfolio
monitor product performance and lifecycle
collaborate with finance, sales, and marketing
lead a team of product managers and security specialists
own the end-to-end product lifecycle
drive customer-centric innovation
ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales
serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert in cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies
represent the security portfolio in executive meetings, customer engagements, and industry events

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in product management
at least 5 years in cybersecurity or enterprise security solutions
proven track record of managing complex product portfolios and leading cross-functional teams
deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies (e.g., SIEM, IAM, endpoint protection, cloud security)
strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, Confluence)
CISSP, CISM, or other relevant security certifications
Pragmatic Institute or SAFe Product Management certification
